The showcase celebrates the work of designer and architect Biba Bertok, who filled our homes with thoughtful playfulness in the 1970s and 1980s.
She was among those architects and industrial designers who firmly advocated the position that design is an essential part of every product.
Within the profession, she recognized two fundamental paths: on one hand, the path of top designers blazing trails for visions of the future, and on the other, the path of those—frequently overlooked in the Slovenian space—who operate within everyday life and production.
